Wear in the World

Last mention of the honeymoon for a while, I swear.  Here is a quick recap of my honeymoon style.  I didn't go overboard shopping pre-honeymoon, instead I packed some great finds I picked up over the course of my engagement, a few I did save just for the very special trip.

Dress number one I had been scoping out for a while last summer, when it went on super sale at  Anthropologie, end of season, so I snatched it up and it lived in the back of my closet all winter.  Outfit number two was inspired by this post and I happened to stumble upon a similar bow bandeau in the window of Mystic Boutique, a cheapo shop across the street from my office.  The pants were an awesome impulse purchase during the same mini shopping spree.  The dress in outfit three came from Brimfield Flea Market, and the jacket Club Monaco.  The last dress I bought just a few days before the wedding, while shopping at Lost and Found in Grand Rapids.  I felt like Betty Draper in it and it fit like a glove, I had to have it.

I also have to give a HUGE shout out to the sandals that took me all around Italy for twelve days straight with out one blister, the Sam Edelman Trina Sandal.  They have a the perfect sized gold heel that makes them much easier to walk on for days on end than flats and also the perfect amount of dressed-up.  Definitely want to find myself another pair of these to have onces the first ones die.
