It was a team effort, with our friends taking on the turkey, stuffing and gravy. The rest of the menu included appetizers, fried artichokes, warm brie with chutney and cashews. Polenta with wild mushrooms, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts as sides. And classic apple pie and a layered pumpkin cheesecake for dessert.
I am so thankful to have wonderful friends to join us for the special celebration.
