Dressing for these transitional days is such a challenge. It can be warm in the sun and cold in the shade. No better way to deal than to layer up. Today I've styled a jumpsuit, as a casual weekend look. I've layered this Tobi jumpsuit over a classic turtleneck and paired with my metallic kicks. Alternatively, this garment does double duty, you could dress it up with heels and wear it out to dinner. The side cut-outs make for a special detail and show a teeny sliver of skin. I particularly like the jumpsuit here, warn with a vintage necklace, a casual beanie and a moto jacket, because the sun could sink behind a cloud at any given second. What's your favorite transitional piece?
Us moms don't get much time to rest. It seems we're always running errands, cleaning the bathrooms, doing the laundry, and the list goes on. That's why my Sunday mornings are precious to me. It's one of the few times during the week when I get to slow down, enjoy my coffee in bed, snuggles with my boys, and making breakfast with my little. We recently discovered the deliciousness of french toast sprinkled with powdered sugar, and Ollie loves to help make it. Sunday mornings really are a little bit of magic around here, and I stepped up my cuteness from my normal sweatpants to this adorable lace up Tobi sweatshirt. The best part is, once all the snow melts, I can throw on a pair of boots for a cute and chic weekend look. Check out all the other amazing affordable pieces at Tobi.
